A fast-growing digital platform is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own supply & demand analytics across its two-sided marketplace.
This is a high-impact role, working closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to optimise how supply and demand interact and drive performance across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyse supply & demand dynamics across a live marketplace
- Deliver marketing analytics (acquisition, attribution, conversion, channel performance)
- Identify imbalances, risks, and growth opportunities
- Build forecasting and optimisation models to improve commercial outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support development of self-serve reporting in BI tools
Requirements
- Strong experience in a two-sided marketplace/platform business (essential)
- Proven background in marketing/growth analytics
- Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Experience with modelling, forecasting, or optimisation
Contract:
- Outside IR35
- Two days a week in London, rest remote (Tuesday's and Thursday's in office central London)
- £500 per day
- 6 months initial
- Immediate start
