Role Description
This role focuses on marketing analytics and measurement, working closely with customer data in clean room environments (LiveRamp, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub, etc.). The goal is to generate insights that help optimise campaign performance, attribution, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyse campaign performance across channels (ad spend, impressions, CAC, conversions)
● Work on attribution modeling and funnel analysis to identify conversion drivers
● Build and deliver client-ready dashboards and insights using tools like Tableau, Sigma, or similar
● Perform deep-dive analysis on event-level / user journey data
● Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to marketing goals
● Work with large datasets in SQL/Python to extract, transform, and analyze data
● Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Support A/B testing and experimental analysis
● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Required Skills:
● Strong experience in marketing analytics / AdTech domain
● Hands-on expertise in: ○ SQL, Python ○ Tableau / Looker / Sigma (or similar BI tools)
● Experience with: ○ Campaign analytics (paid media, digital channels)
● Attribution modeling & funnel analysis
● Customer journey / event stream data
● Strong storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have:
● Experience with clean room technologies (LiveRamp, AMC, ADH, etc.)
● Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or big data environments
● Background in media, advertising, or marketing platforms
Additional Notes:
● This is a hands-on IC role, not managerial
● Strong emphasis on data storytelling + business impact
● Client-facing communication is a key part of the role
● Minimum Experience preferred 12+ years
