Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Data Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and support technical design discussions

• Work closely with data engineering and development teams for implementation

• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries

• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives and timelines

• Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, UAT, and deployment

• Drive problem-solving initiatives with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis within the data domain

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments

• Experience in writing Functional Specifications and supporting Technical Design

• Hands-on experience with SQL (basic to intermediate level)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Data Warehouse / Data Lake environments

• Exposure to Finance Risk Modeling or financial domain projects
