Senior Data Analyst, Consultant for Provider Operations

Your Role

Become an integral part of the Provider Operations Analytics and Reporting team, dedicated to enhancing operational performance, managing provider data, and ensuring data quality. As a Senior Data Analyst, Consultant, you will collaborate with Operations teams (Claims and Provider), Network Management, Provider Relations, Transformation, Markets, Data & Analytics, and IT teams. This role serves as the frontline for operational performance and metric reporting, utilizing advanced analytical tools to drive insights.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• A Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Health Services Research, or related fields, or a BA/BS with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in the healthcare sector, including managed care, academic institutions, or government payers.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access, along with SQL/PL-SQL, and SAS.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with government programs such as Medi-Cal and Medicare is an advantage.

Hybrid Work Model

This position follows a hybrid working model, encouraging collaboration in the office while providing flexibility. Typically, employees will be expected to work in the office two days a week. Those residing over 50 miles from an office will coordinate in-office requirements based on business needs.
