Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join the Customer Lifecycle Analytics team. This role bridges traditional analytics and data science, combining strong analytical execution with growing predictive modeling capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to generate insights today while helping evolve the organization toward data-driven decisioning and advanced analytics solutions. This position offers an opportunity to expand from analytics into applied data science, contributing to predictive models and decision frameworks supporting customer lifecycle strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analytical projects by translating complex business problems into data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Develop scalable analytics and reporting solutions that provide visibility into customer behavior, performance trends, and business outcomes
  • Conduct advanced statistical and analytical analysis to identify key drivers of customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
  • Support predictive modeling initiatives by preparing analytical datasets, engineering features, building proof-of-concept models, and interpreting results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to influence strategy through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Data Science and AI teams to operationalize analytics solutions and advance capabilities through automation, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Economics, etc.) and 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical reasoning skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Experience building interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
  • Experience with predictive modeling, experimentation frameworks, causal analysis, and feature engineering workflows
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle, marketing, or behavioral analytics, with telecom, subscription, or consumer analytics experience preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
