Position Purpose:
As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Data Quality, you will utilize your advanced technical skills to transform complex analytical tasks into clear, compelling data stories. This role involves collaborating with a team of talented analysts to not only apply established analytical processes on diverse datasets but also to innovate and develop new methodologies that address real-world business challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass timely completion of reporting and analytical tasks, while continuously seeking opportunities to expand your technical expertise in areas such as SQL, statistics, and machine learning under the guidance of experienced managers and data scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Utilize data analytics tools to design and implement new dashboards, reports, and fulfill various ad-hoc requests.
- 20% Execute established reporting and analytical responsibilities effectively.
- 20% Maintain a high standard of work quality with a strong attention to detail.
- 20% Present findings in an accessible manner, emphasizing how analytics contribute to overarching business goals.

- This position reports to a Manager or Senior Manager.

Travel Requirements:
- Travel is typically less than 10% overnight.
Physical Requirements:
- Most tasks are completed while sitting in a comfortable position, with occasional opportunities for movement. Rarely, you may need to lift light items.
Working Conditions:
- Work is conducted in a comfortable indoor environment, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, or forecasting.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, experience with MS Access, and familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., VBA, Python, R, SAS, .NET, C++, Java, etc.).
- Experience using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, JMP, SAS, Mathematica, SPSS, Tableau, etc.) to build reports and analyses.
- Hands-on experience analyzing relevant fields such as Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or similar database systems.
