Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions by analyzing, validating, and visualizing data. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into reporting solutions.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Build and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel (DAX, data modelling).
- Conduct data profiling and mapping for current and target state.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy in all analytics deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and support team knowledge sharing.
