Own the data architecture and data mapping strategy that powers our product reporting, ensuring teams can self-serve reliable insights.
Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analyses that guide investment decisions and the evolution of Omada programs.
Lead product experimentation, including test design, sample size determination, A/B testing, and clear communication of results and trade-offs.
Design, build, and maintain intuitive Amplitude and Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools) that become the source of truth for product teams.
Partner closely with data engineering and other data teams to improve data quality, standardize definitions, and scale reporting across the organization.
Define and refine operational processes, and support system enhancements that make analytics and reporting more efficient and impactful.
Collaborate across analytics, data science, engineering, clinical, and product teams to drive aligned, data-informed decisions.
Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches into product analytics use cases to level up how we generate insights and automate decision support.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, ideally 7+ years of experience
Expert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing new queries and reports
Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement
Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics
