About the Role:
The Revenue Operations team designs, maintains, and continuously improves the systems, data, and insights that power PitchBook’s go-to-market engine. Operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT, this team drives efficiency, visibility, and revenue impact across the full customer lifecycle.
We are seeking a Senior RevOps Data Analyst to shape how the business measures performance, identifies growth opportunities, and makes data‑driven decisions. This is more than an analytics role; it is a strategic partnership for someone who combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical skills and a systems‑level view of revenue.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior GTM and Revenue leaders to define success metrics and influence strategic decisions through data‑backed insights.
- Leverage Salesforce reporting to build and interpret reports and dashboards, translating data from systems such as Marketo and Gong into actionable insights, while ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Design and maintain advanced reporting frameworks, dashboards, and models that surface insights across funnel performance, forecasting, retention, and expansion.
- Act as a trusted analytical advisor across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, providing a holistic view of revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across revenue systems and platforms, championing best practices and scalable processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and predictive insights to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
- Mentor analysts and business partners to promote analytical rigor and a data‑driven mindset.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, IT, and GTM Operations teams to align insights with company objectives.
- Support company values through role modeling and cross‑functional partnership.
- Participate in key company initiatives and projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, marketing operations, or sales operations.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue and GTM metrics, including funnel performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, retention, and forecasting.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery; proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages is preferred.
- Experience building executive‑ready dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills in matrixed environments.
- Genuine interest in AI‑driven analytics, intelligent automation, and emerging data tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation:
- Annual base salary: $100,000–$132,200.
- Target annual bonus percentage: 10%.
