Position: Senior Data Analyst - Total Rewards

Elevate total rewards strategy as a Senior Analyst specializing in data analysis. Focus on analytics to support compensation simplification efforts while enjoying a hybrid work arrangement.

This role emphasizes the critical importance of data insights in refining compensation structures. You will analyze a variety of compensation-related data, innovate reporting tools, and assist in annual compensation cycles. Collaboration with HR and Finance leaders will help translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of a 3-year compensation strategy
  • Collect and analyze compensation data sets
  • Create reporting tools to monitor pay equity

Requirements:

  • University degree in Analytics or related fields
  • 2-3 years in Data Analysis or Compensation
