Job Description

Hybrid Remote Position – Washington State Only

Requires 1 to 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

Supports the Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain Departments' analytics vision, mission, and strategic initiatives by designing, creating, and developing analytical solutions. Provides internal consultation and project management, facilitates gathering business requirements, and leverages business/clinical process knowledge and analytical expertise. Identifies and resolves issues throughout solution development, drives continuous improvement in workflow processes, and ensures data integrity for current and future strategic initiatives. Designs and implements analytic solutions, including reports, dashboards, and views from diverse data sources, and evaluates and optimizes these solutions for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Math, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience/technical training that demonstrates analytical and technical competency.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a data analyst, developer, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Cerner, Epic, or similar software product.

Preferred

  • At least three (3) years managing medium to large projects using standard project management skills and methodologies.
  • Experience working as a data analyst within a healthcare setting, including clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications.
  • Experience working with clinicians on pathways, order sets, or similar tools.
  • Experience with the development life cycle and basic statistical analyses.

Compensation Range

$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year (full‑time, 2080 hours per calendar year). Offers are determined by factors including equity, skills, and experience.
