Position: Senior Data Analyst - Technology Consulting - Data Architecture and Engineering - Financial Services Office

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in solving business challenges through innovative data architecture and engineering solutions. You will collaborate with clients to revolutionize their data management practices by designing modern data platforms, products, and marketplaces. Your focus will be on:

  • Enhancing data supply chains

  • Improving risk control mechanisms

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining data and analytic strategies through comprehensive assessments and tailored remediation solutions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and accountability.
  • Coaching and mentoring diverse teams, fostering professional growth.
  • Introducing and promoting new technologies that enhance business processes.
  • Creating thought leadership through white papers and proof of concepts.
  • Engaging with client leadership and complex teams to drive meaningful collaboration.

This role requires a strong business focus along with technical expertise. You will also build long-lasting client relationships and manage risk to deliver quality services while identifying and generating new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field with 8 years of relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree with 7 years of experience.
  • 6 years of experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or wealth and asset management industries.
  • 5 years of experience in strategic Data Architecture and Engineering, Cloud Data Modernization, Data Products, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, or Big Data initiatives.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with traditional data architecture practices (e.g., Master Data Management, Operational Data Analytics, Data Warehousing).
  • 5 years of experience with Next-Gen data platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, DataBricks, or distributed databases.
  • 5 years of experience architecting large data platforms including data warehouses, streaming applications, and data pipelines.
  • 5 years of combined experience in at least two of the following: Traditional RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle), MPP systems (e.g., Redshift, Synapse), NoSQL databases, Streaming Platforms, DevOps tools, and Data Modeling techniques.

This position requires domestic and regional travel up to 60% to meet client needs. We encourage you to apply if you meet these qualifications.

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. The position is based in Dallas, TX.

Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary starts at $238,600.00, with robust medical and dental coverage, pension plans, paid time off, and flexible vacation options to support your work-life balance.
