Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years of data analyst or similar experience

• Strong technical, analytical, and business skills

• Proficient in automating processes using Excel, VBA, SharePoint Designer, or other low-code development tools

• Direct experience with SQL analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau

• Ability to extract, transform, load, and analyze large datasets using Python and/or Alteryx

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Support the conception, definition, and development of key capabilities and features of the model management system

• Review volume and control total reports to identify red flags, anomalies, and potential issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of four (4) years of related work experience

• Proven ability to deliver results in a growing and changing environment

• Experience working across functions/businesses in a matrix environment

• Familiarity with investment and annuity products
