Job Description
- Supporting data analysis and reporting for the analytics department.
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all analytical processes.
- Assisting in the development of new tools and methodologies for data analysis.
- Providing support for ad hoc analytical projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to the insurance industry
- Proven hands‑on experience in independently leading and driving project initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with discipline in managing project schedules * Strong command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work flexible hours when required
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with solid understanding of SQL
- Previous experience working in an agile environment
