This role is critical for designing, developing, and implementing robust database solutions for a major international airline. You will work with complex data sets to transform, analyze, and build scalable data integration and warehousing systems. The position requires close collaboration with various IT and business departments to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Solution Design:

Design and build advanced database solutions to meet evolving data requirements.

• Data Integration & Warehousing:

Develop and implement data integration and warehousing solutions for complex, disparate data sources.

• Data Transformation & Analysis:

Perform comprehensive data transformation and analysis on large-scale datasets.

• Collaborative Delivery:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver common project goals.

• Performance Optimization:

Optimize database queries and ETL processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Expertise:

5-7 years hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Amazon Redshift.

• BI Platform Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience with MicroStrategy BI platform development and implementation.

• Advanced SQL/PL/SQL:

Strong skills in writing, optimizing, and debugging complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Data Modeling:

Proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and query optimization on Oracle and Redshift.

• Cloud & Big Data:

Experience with Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) and a preference for Hadoop, Hive, or Spark frameworks.

• Domain Knowledge:

Prior experience within the airline domain is highly preferred.
