Data Engineer – Eligibility & Integrations (Microsoft Fabric)

We’re looking for a high-impact Data Engineer with strong experience in healthcare eligibility and membership data to help build and scale a modern data platform in Microsoft Fabric.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain scalable eligibility data pipelines (ingestion → transformation → integration)
  • Build solutions using Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, SQL, and Python
  • Ensure data quality, compliance (HIPAA), and reliable delivery for analytics and integrations
  • Develop data models and enable reporting via Power BI
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues and improve platform performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Data Engineering
  • Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
  • Experience with healthcare eligibility/membership data
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data platforms
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, integrations, and troubleshooting

Nice to Have

  • Power BI (DAX, semantic models)
  • Azure tools (ADF, Synapse, SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of eligibility structures (PBP, carve-outs, exclusions)
  • CI/CD and data engineering best practices
