In this role, you will work independently to perform comprehensive analyses and develop solutions that address complex business challenges. You will leverage multiple data sources across business lines to generate insights, influence decisions, and deliver measurable impact. You will own projects or processes, present recommendations to leadership and clients, and provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while driving high-quality, data-informed outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct customized analyses using internal and external, structured and unstructured data sources.
• Synthesize insights that incorporate competitive factors and organizational differentiators.
• Research best practices to inform data sourcing and analytical approaches.
• Lead small projects with manageable risk to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain datasets while coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify business issues and formulate actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommend courses of action to internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise stakeholders by translating data insights into clear business implications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and assess current processes.
• Mentor and guide analysts and team members with less experience. Qualifications:
• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive projects to completion. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
