Senior Data Platform Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Product Owner for the enterprise data platform, managing technical backlog and delivery execution

Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and architectural integrity

Provide coaching and career development for team members while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI development, or data platform roles

3+ years of experience leading technical teams in Agile delivery environments

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data transformation tools such as dbt

Strong understanding of data modeling, ELT / ETL pipelines, and modern analytics architectures
