In this role you will lead the data quality program across a large asset portfolio, shaping the strategy and roadmap to ensure accurate, trusted data for regulatory reporting and decision-making. You will collaborate with IT, Asset Management and third parties to improve the Asset Management System data, deliver dashboards, and support audits. You will translate complex data findings into clear business insights for senior stakeholders. This is a mission to elevate data quality at scale with a measurable impact on planning and operations.

- Lead the Asset Data Quality Roadmap with milestones and outcomes
- Drive large-scale data cleansing, reconciliation and validation programmes
- Own and improve data quality within the Asset Management System (AMS)
- Perform root cause analysis of data issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Develop data standards, controls and monitoring frameworks
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports using Power BI and SQL
- Present insights and progress to senior stakeholders
- Deliver training on data quality best practices
- Collaborate with IT, Asset Management and third parties on integrations and migrations
- Support audits, assurance reviews and compliance reporting
Responsabilités
- Advanced experience with SQL, Power BI and data reconciliation tools
- Data quality, cleansing or transformation experience
- Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and controls
- Experience delivering process improvement and change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business insight
