Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end modeling projects to enhance customer engagement and retention

Build, test, and optimize machine learning models for user behavior forecasting and product engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Proven experience in machine learning and statistical modeling for business applications

Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and experience with SQL and distributed computing

Ability to independently manage data science projects and deliver production-ready models

Experience mentoring junior data scientists and sharing best practices
