Senior Data Science Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Data Science Manager, Lifetime Value. Key Responsibilities Set the direction for the LTV estimation framework to inform strategic and financial decisions Define and maintain the LTV roadmap, evolving models to guide current and future business decisions Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration Required Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (PhD preferred) with 7+ years of relevant experience 3+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of growing talent and delivering strategic outcomes Experience in building and applying statistical machine learning methods to industry problems Fluency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud-based environments Ability to drive alignment between data science priorities and high-impact business initiatives
