About the Job:

SoftServe is a digital authority committed to shaping technology solutions that impact global enterprises and software companies. Our Data Science Center of Excellence is at the forefront of various projects centered on Big Data, IoT, Data Science, and Experience Design. The GenAI Strategy aims to lead the way in developing intelligent software systems that incorporate Generative AI, AI, Data Analytics, MLOps, and Cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across the entire model pipeline of data analysis, deep learning, and machine learning.

• Choose appropriate computational tools for research and experiments.

• Develop advanced Generative AI solutions for applications like intelligent assistants and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.

• Craft clear, concise, and error-free computer programs.

• Engage with stakeholders to present results and gather business requirements.

• Lead teams of data scientists and software engineers to successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with Generative AI, particularly natural language processing (NLP) and large-scale transformer models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude).

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and machine learning operationalization.

• Ability to conduct business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and their applications.

• Experience deploying AI solutions with major cloud providers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
