About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Bioinformatics Computational Scientist to transform how assays are designed and developed for oncology, infectious disease, and beyond. Your work will accelerate the discovery and development of assays that advance basic research, drug discovery, diagnostics, and plant/animal health globally.
By merging computational biology, automation, modern data engineering, and artificial intelligence/machine learning, you will contribute to shaping the future of how biology is done.
In this role, you will: • Apply computational biology and AI/ML to automate and scale PCR-based assay design for real-time qPCR and digital PCR.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications • Experience in cloud-based model deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
