The Growth Data Science team is essential in connecting data to actionable strategies, focusing on expanding our global presence. In this role, you will spearhead our initiatives for new user acquisition and conversion, working with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, analyze user behavior, design and assess experiments, and employ causal inference models to evaluate the impact of our top-of-funnel strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing in-depth analyses on complex business problems and delivering insights and recommendations to guide team decisions.
• Managing a broad range of data and metrics, ensuring accurate logging and presentation of data visualizations.
• Leading code reviews and providing expertise in SQL and Python, while establishing and maintaining efficient ETL processes.
• Upholding a high standard for statistical rigor on your team, ensuring robust experimentation and causal analysis practices.

We seek candidates who possess:

• A BA/BS in a quantitative field (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in spearheading impactful data science projects tackling complex and ambiguous problems.
• The ability to influence stakeholders by translating data insights into compelling narratives.
• Hands-on experience applying complex modeling frameworks to real-world business challenges.
• Professional proficiency in SQL and Python.

• The ability to effectively utilize generative AI tools and incorporate human-in-the-loop practices for delivering business-ready outputs and enhancing productivity.
