Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Clean, transform, and analyze large, disparate datasets to identify patterns and extract actionable insights. Develop and deploy production-ready ML models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Evaluate and benchmark model performance, iterating to improve accuracy and efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science. Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices. Contribute to the development of data infrastructure and tools that support ML workflows. Explore new data sources and analytical methods to uncover novel opportunities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed models. Expertise in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy) and SQL. Deep understanding of various machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, and computer vision. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven ability to translate business problems into data science solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote environment.
