A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, NLP.

Key Responsibilities

Develop models for document understanding tasks and improve model performance through error analysis and data cleaning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the development roadmap and define key performance metrics for models

Set up systems for long-term model and data quality improvement

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, specifically in designing and building NLP models

Expertise in Python and proficiency with data analysis toolkits like SQL, Numpy, and Pandas

Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Industry experience managing ML / AI projects from ideation to delivery

Demonstrated ability to influence company KPIs with AI and navigate ambiguity
