Our client, a leading management consultancy firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Predictive Analytics to join their dynamic team in Houston, Texas, US . This role is critical for developing and deploying advanced analytical models that provide actionable insights to clients across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization to solve complex business problems and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering patterns in data, building robust predictive models, and communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement sophisticated predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques. Clean, transform, and prepare large datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Build and deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate model results and key findings effectively. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the firm's knowledge base. Document methodologies, code, and results thoroughly. Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role, with a strong focus on predictive modeling and machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with SQL and database management. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and hypothesis testing. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
