Senior Data Scientist - Product Strategy

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products and decision-making processes by teaming up with Product, Engineering, and Design departments. Your expertise in experimentation and advanced modeling will bring valuable insights that directly influence our company's success.

In this role, you will:

• Develop testing plans to gain a deeper understanding of key product metrics and guide product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, conducting in-depth analyses and creating models to prioritize opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build innovative analytics and machine learning models to enhance product insights directly.
• Measure business performance, refine core metrics, and create reporting frameworks to monitor them effectively.
• Transform data insights into compelling narratives and communicate findings to various stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

What we’re looking for:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, or a PhD degree in related fields plus 5 years of experience.

• A solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Proven ability to independently manage analytics projects and oversee complex analytical initiatives involving multiple teams.
• Experience using generative AI tools responsibly to enhance workflows and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in the cryptocurrency domain.
• Knowledge or experience in product, marketing, growth, or business analytics.

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $207,485-$244,100 USD.
