position requires a deep understanding of the advertising

ecosystem, focusing on measurement, identity resolution, and

predictive modeling. You'll leverage statistical rigor to enhance

campaign performance while collaborating cross-functionally with

engineering and product teams. Your insights will directly

influence strategic direction and technical standards within the

Ads organization.

Key Responsibilities : •

Develop probabilistic models for identity resolution • Own

statistical rigor behind Brand and Conversion Lift products •

Define strategies for new signal sources and predictive models •

Design evaluation frameworks for identity and measurement •

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic

goals

Requirements : • Advanced degree in

Statistics or related field • 10+ years of applied science

experience (M.S.) • 6+ years of applied science experience (Ph.D.)

• Expertise in experimental design and causal inference • Advanced

proficiency in Python or R
