A company is looking for a Senior Design Systems Engineer, Labs. Key Responsibilities Build and evolve a design system and component library that ensures consistency, accessibility, and UX quality Shape frontend architecture patterns to facilitate AI-assisted development workflows Develop and maintain a repeatable experimentation framework for fast prototyping and user feedback Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience with customer-facing web products and design systems Strong skills in React and TypeScript with experience in frontend architecture Proven ability to build functional and tasteful UI with high craft standards Experience in creating tools or frameworks that enhance productivity for various collaborators Ability to manage ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept to deployment
