Overview

How You'll Make an Impact

As Senior Principal, Client Leadership, you will serve as a senior relationship steward to key Media Agencies and a primary driver of Epsilon Data revenue growth. You will build and sustain trusted partnerships with agency leaders and activation teams, aligning Epsilon's data-driven solutions to agency and client objectives. By collaborating closely with agencies to design and activate programmatic audiences using Epsilon's proprietary data, you will drive measurable performance, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen Epsilon's role as a strategic, long-term partner in the evolving media ecosystem.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve

  • Revenue Growth:

Own and exceed individual sales targets and profitability goals through strategic account planning, client education, and closing new opportunities.

  • Client Success:

Drive measurable outcomes by implementing tailored solutions that address unique client challenges in the Healthcare and CPG sectors.

  • Strategic Collaboration:

Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, Publicis Groupe agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.

  • Thought Leadership:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering insights and perspective that inspire innovation and deepen reliance on Epsilon's solutions.

  • Operational Excellence:

Lead account planning, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Influence Without Authority:

Drive alignment and outcomes across cross-functional teams through expertise, communication, and credibility rather than direct management responsibility.

  • Business Development:

Identify, shape, and close complex opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes, expanding Epsilon's footprint within existing and new accounts.

A dynamic and strategic individual contributor with deep expertise in the media and programmatic space, excelling in a fast-paced environment and driving impactful outcomes with agency partners.

Demonstrates strong consultative and technical selling skills, creating data-driven strategies across Epsilon solutions and aligning client needs with enterprise offerings to deliver measurable value.

Maintains trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior partners, effectively presenting Epsilon's unified value proposition and navigating complex negotiations.

Brings thought leadership through influence, mentorship, and contribution to critical initiatives, without direct people management responsibility.

Exhibits professionalism and emotional intelligence in challenging situations, effectively managing conflict and delivering difficult messages while preserving strong relationships and getting results.

What You'll Bring With You

  • Extensive Sales Experience:

10-15 years of success in client-facing sales roles, driving revenue within Healthcare, CPG, or Media/Advertising sectors.

  • Media Expertise:

Proven ability to navigate industry challenges, regulatory landscapes, and evolving business priorities.

  • Strategic Insight:

Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and third-party data utilization to drive acquisition, retention, and personalization.

  • Analytical Skills:

Expertise in advanced analytics and measurement approaches, translating insights into actionable client strategies.

  • Relationship Management:

Ability to build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships across sales, product, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Innovation Driven Approach:

Passion for using emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and dynamic creative solutions to drive marketing innovation.

  • Collaborative Approach:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working across large holding companies and cross-functional teams.

  • Flexibility:

Willingness to travel as needed for client-facing meetings and industry events.

Base Salary: $148,000.00 - $222,000.00

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
