About the Role

As the Senior Director of Marketing for Spain & Italy (SharkNinja), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s regional marketing strategy while contributing to the global vision. Acting as the voice of Southern Europe, you will ensure that regional consumer insights, cultural nuances, and market dynamics are embedded into global strategies.

You will lead the adaptation and execution of marketing initiatives across Spain and Italy, empowering local teams to deliver impactful, culturally relevant campaigns that drive brand growth and commercial success. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, local expertise, and strong commercial acumen.

What You’ll Do

Regional Leadership & Strategic Planning

Represent the voice of Spanish and Italian consumers to global leadership, advocating for regional nuances in behavior, retail environments, and media landscapes

Lead the localization and activation of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regional priorities

Influence global stakeholders by identifying opportunities and requirements for success in Southern Europe, helping shape global marketing agendas

Go-to-Market Excellence

Own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, including product positioning, launch planning, pricing strategy, and retail readiness

Drive the localization of global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance, consistency, and measurable business impact

Partner closely with Sales teams to accelerate category growth, strengthen retail execution, and optimize trade marketing initiatives across key accounts

Brand Stewardship, Consumer Insight & Performance

Champion a consumer-first approach, leveraging regional insights to inform brand positioning, product development, and innovation pipelines

Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, optimizing marketing investments to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement

Ensure the Ninja portfolio remains competitively positioned for sustainable growth and cultural relevance across Spain and Italy

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team across Spain and Italy

Foster strong collaboration across Product Marketing, Media, Social, PR, Creative, Sales, and distributor partners to deliver integrated marketing impact

Develop team capabilities and nurture future leadership talent within the organization

What You’ll Bring

Extensive experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG/CPG or consumer durables, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple markets

Deep understanding of Spanish and Italian consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and retail/media landscapes

Proven track record of successfully adapting and executing global marketing strategies within regional markets

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives

Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams

Commercially driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills

Willingness to travel across Spain, Italy, and to global headquarters as required

Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian a plus
