Senior Director of Credit Risk

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Credit Risk Oversight to lead their Second Line of Defense credit risk function in consumer lending.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and evolve the 2LOD credit risk oversight framework, including policies and governance practices

Oversee portfolio performance and identify emerging risks and opportunities

Develop and deliver portfolio risk reporting and insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications :

12-15+ years of experience in credit risk management or consumer lending

Significant experience in 2LOD or enterprise risk management roles

Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives

Deep expertise in credit underwriting and portfolio management

Strong knowledge of consumer banking regulations and supervisory expectations
