What You’ll Bring
- 18+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 16+ years with a Master’s degree
- 6+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers
- 7+ years delivering enterprise software focused on Kubernetes
- Proven experience scaling multiple engineering teams in complex environments
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Strong ownership of end-to-end SDLC for enterprise-scale platforms
- Experience setting technical direction and driving engineering roadmaps
- Active contributor within Kubernetes or CNCF (maintainer, contributor, or SIG involvement)
- Thought leadership in AI-driven development
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple engineering teams building Kubernetes services
- Own delivery, reliability, security, and lifecycle management of the platform
- Define and execute upstream Kubernetes and CNCF contribution strategy
- Drive integration with virtualization and networking platforms
- Partner with architecture, product, and program teams to align roadmap execution
- Mentor engineering leaders and senior technical talent across a global org
- Represent the organization as a technical leader within the Kubernetes and CNCF ecosystem
