Senior Director of SCADA Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Director, SCADA and Controls Engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

Define global controls strategy and maintain engineering standards for BMS / EPMS / BAS / SCADA systems

Lead controls engineering teams and govern project execution through design reviews and compliance checks

Establish commissioning criteria and reliability programs while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards

Required Qualifications :

12+ years in mission-critical / data center engineering with 7+ years in controls / BMS / EPMS / SCADA engineering

Experience delivering controls systems for large-scale data centers or critical infrastructure

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like MQTT, OPC UA, and BACnet / IP

Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and external partners

Expert knowledge of BMS / BAS architectures and OT networking concepts
