Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading end-to-end Enablon implementations in the EHS, Compliance, and ORM sectors.
  • Transforming EHS/ORM business requirements into functional design documents that align with Enablon's capabilities.
  • Facilitating engaging workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Conducting business process and gap analyses to ensure alignment with Enablon's best practices.
  • Acting as the primary functional authority for Enablon during project delivery, supporting implementation teams with user stories, functional clarifications, and design validations.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to define domain-specific requirements accurately.
  • Participating in project estimations for new implementations and changes.
  • Coaching Professional Services consultants throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Designing and refining Enablon Best Practice Templates and Professional Services documentation.
  • Constantly seeking ways to enhance internal delivery processes and solution offerings.

Key Tasks:

  • Leading requirement gathering and transforming them into functional design documents.
  • Directing design sessions and workshops, contributing to project meetings during design phases.
  • Assisting in estimating efforts for new projects or change requests.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts for precise domain requirement elaboration.
  • Conducting gap analyses and evaluating business processes of clients.
  • Creating user stories that capture both functional features and non-functional scope.
  • Serving as a key reference for the Implementation Squad to translate requirements into actionable stories.
  • Providing support to consultants to ensure client functional requirements are met.
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Developing and maintaining Enablon Best Practice Templates.
  • Documenting and upholding professional services processes and procedures.
  • Proactively initiating improvements to internal processes.

Required Experience & Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of Enablon & EHS / ORM.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Enablon across various modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of EHS, Compliance Management, and ORM.
  • Experience in domains such as Permit to Work, Barrier Management, Operational Safety, and Environmental Compliance.

You Would Be Ideal If You Have/Can:

Professional Experience:

  • Experience as a Functional Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Senior Business Analyst with enterprise software.
  • A background in delivering software implementations in regulatory or safety-critical settings.
  • Familiarity with various industries (manufacturing, energy, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Communication & Relationship Skills:

  • Confidence in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for articulating complex safety, compliance, and risk concepts clearly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across global multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.

Education & Certifications (Preferred):
