In this pivotal hands-on role, you will leverage your deep expertise in the Enablon platform as well as your practical knowledge in EHS and ORM to design, implement, and enhance solutions for our clients. This position uniquely blends technology with safety and compliance, emphasizing not just typical business analysis skills, but also extensive domain knowledge and leadership capabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Lead comprehensive Enablon implementations in EHS, Compliance, and Operational Risk Management domains.
- Translate complex EHS/ORM business requirements into clear functional design documents aligned with Enablon capabilities.
- Facilitate dynamic client workshops covering requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Conduct thorough business process evaluations and gap analyses to synchronize client operations with Enablon best practices.
- Act as the go-to expert for all things Enablon, guiding implementation teams with user stories, functional clarifications, and design validation.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to define precise domain-specific needs.
- Participate in project estimations for new implementations and adjustments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Professional Services consultants throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and facilitate long-term relationships.
- Design, maintain, and enhance Enablon Best Practice Templates and Professional Services documentation processes.
- Identify and promote internal process improvements and innovative solutions.
Required Experience & Expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of Enablon & EHS/ORM domains.
- Hands-on experience executing Enablon implementations across various modules.
- Strong functional understanding of Environmental Compliance, Health & Safety, and Operational Risk Management.
- Experience with domains including Permit to Work, Barrier Management, Operational Safety, and more.
- This specific experience is crucial for candidacy.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- A history of serving as a Functional Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Senior Business Analyst in enterprise software.
- Experience managing software implementations in regulated or safety-critical environments.
- Exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and logistics.
- A strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to articulate complex safety, compliance, and risk concepts effectively.
- Proven relationship-building skills across diverse, cross-functional teams worldwide.
- Track record of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project life cycles.
- Self-motivation and a knack for leading projects, managing priorities, and producing results.
- Experience mentoring others and creating best practices independently.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Certifications like Business Analyst Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar welcome.
