The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who wants more ownership, more client exposure, and a clear route into leadership.

You'll play a key role in delivering projects, shaping electrical design strategies, and supporting the growth of the team - all within a business that values flexibility and development.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading electrical design delivery from concept through to completion

Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

Taking ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project outcomes

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions

Mentoring and supporting junior engineers

Contributing to project strategy and team growth

What They're Looking For

Strong experience in electrical building services design (consultancy background)

Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, or mixed-use

Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients

Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, and building systems design

Experience mentoring or managing engineers

Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
