Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager (MEP) (Dallas)

Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to lead electrical design and manage projects for commercial, single-family, and multifamily developments.

What You’ll Do

Lead projects from concept through construction Design electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, controls, life safety, fire alarm, low-voltage) Perform load calculations, schematics, and equipment selection Prepare construction documents and specifications Review shop drawings and ensure design quality Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams Manage schedules, budgets, and project resources Support permitting and code compliance Mentor junior staff

What We’re Looking For

PE license required Experience with commercial and residential (single + multifamily) projects Background in consulting engineering preferred Experience with WrightSoft or similar load calculation software Strong project management and communication skills

Nice to Have

Project management certification LEED accreditation Construction / field coordination experience
