Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components for new products. Develop detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and testing to validate designs. Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues throughout the product development cycle. Define technical requirements and specifications for electrical hardware. Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, providing technical direction and support. Oversee component selection and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps and architectural decisions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus. 8+ years of experience in electrical design and development. Proven experience in leading electrical engineering projects and teams. Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro). Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and microcontrollers. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with firmware development is a plus.
