Join our innovative engineering team dedicated to pioneering advanced autonomy solutions for maritime systems as a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in designing, integrating, testing, and deploying mission-critical electrical subsystems that drive autonomous underwater and surface platforms.

You will collaborate closely with diverse teams across software, firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering, working to create highly reliable systems for demanding real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical schematics, system interconnects, and wire harnesses.
  • Integrate sensors, power systems, and networking interfaces to enhance system functionality.
  • Assist in subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews and system verification activities.
  • Work collaboratively across engineering disciplines to deliver fully operational products.
  • Contribute to the development of ruggedized, field-ready autonomous systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in electrical engineering or system integration.
  • Expertise in both analog and digital electronics.
  • Proficient in creating electrical schematics, wiring harnesses, and PCB systems.
  • Familiarity with communication interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, USB, or MODBUS.
  • Skilled in utilizing oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
  • Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, maritime, aerospace, or defense settings is preferred.
  • Proficient in CAD and PCB design tools like Altium, NX, or SolidWorks.
