About the Role:

Provide strong electronics support in whole project life cycle which include R&D, Engineering Build, Testing and manufacture support, Mass Production.

This is an opportunity for someone who is curious, result-oriented, and motivated to push boundaries in a fast-paced environment.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

 

Oversee multiple projects in parallel with sophisticated tracking.

Work with new product development team to select the best PCBA architecture for the new product development in R&D Phase.

Define and develop PCBA requirement of electronics system in R&D Phase.

Support Design Team to develop robust software control algorithm/logics.

Work with PCBA supplier to develop PCBA for new product.

Review PCBA design for safety, reliability and DFMEA to make sure the good design quality.

Implement systematical problem solving approach to find root cause and make correction plan for all the issues.

Implement Design Verification Test in each EB build to evaluate robustness of PCBA design.

Review and approve PCBA design documents.

Work with team members to create project schedule and follow up the execution

Ensure the completeness and format compliance of these design documents

Manage design files from internal and external sources and archive per workflow requirements.

 

 

You are Expected:

Good knowledge of design and verification for power supply, micro processer, sensor, heater and motor control etc.

Good knowledge and skill to design Schematic, PCB layout circuit simulation.

Good knowledge of safety design to comply with UL and IEC requirement.

Good knowledge of electronics component selection and verification.

Good knowledge of design for reliability, DFMEA, RCA etc.

Good knowledge of manufacture and PCBA manufactures process.

Good knowledge of EMC design and test.

Good knowledge of PCBA verification test requirement and procedure.

Good skill on reading, writing and oral English communication.

At least 5+ years work experience in PCBA design and manufacture for home appliance or similar electronics system.

Fundamental and working knowledge of engineering project management. The experience in electronics project management is a huge plus.  Understand the key deliverables and milestones for each phase. 

Excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across multiple functional teams, both inside SharkNinja and outside. Be able to convey the idea and drive the resolution of each and all issues with prioritization

Be able to identify the critical path of each project and monitor the progress constantly. Be able to create mitigation and contingency plans

 

Education/Certifications/Affiliations

Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related majors.

Fluent in Chinese and good in English

TPM experience is a plus.

Travel Requirements

Be flexible for domestic and international travel.
