Career Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Engineer - Industrial to join our Bus Maintenance and Shops Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting productive cost centres with industrial engineering expertise allowing continuous improvement in quality, reliability, process, productivity and safety. You will also be responsible for asset management, coordinating the preventative maintenance program(s) for equipment and facilities, and developing and executing the departmental capital improvement program.

What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manager, Vehicle Maintenance, you will perform a variety of supervisory, technical and administrative duties related to the development of departmental processes and procedures for the overhaul, inspection and repair of the Department’s revenue and non-revenue fleet, their associated components and facility equipment.
This involves the following
Responsible for treating passengers and/or employees with respect and dignity and ensuring the needs of passengers or employees with disabilities are accommodated and/or addressed (if applicable and within their area of responsibility) in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders so that they can fully benefit from the TTC as a service-provider and
