Senior Engineer - Mechanical (Substations)

Manage installation, coordination, testing & commissioning of MEP services – HVAC & Fire Protection Systems (FPS).Supervise HVAC and FPS works at substation construction sites.Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.Coordinate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams for smooth site execution.Monitor subcontractors’ performance, progress, and quality of work.Handle testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and system handover.Prepare and submit IRs, WIRs, MIRs, and follow up for approvals.Attend and coordinate authority inspections (DEWA / equivalent utilities).Ensure compliance with HSE policies and permit-to-work systems.Identify and resolve site-related technical issues during execution and commissioning.Maintain proper documentation including reports, checklists, and as-built markups.Track manpower, materials, and site progress against schedule. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10+ years of experience in HVAC & FPS installation and site execution.Should have Approval from DEWA or other equivalent Government Utilities (ADWEA/TRANSCO/SEWA/ETIHADWE Etc.) for both HVAC and FPS site Works .Proven experience in 132/11kV substation projects.
