Our teams design and develop next‑generation electric and hybrid systems for both vehicle propulsion and power generation. Using a simulation‑led, system‑level engineering approach, engineers are involved from concept through design, development, and in‑house testing. Role Overview

Design and develop electric motors, from concept through validation, within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and structural motor design
• Develop and prototype electric drive systems
• Deliver project work packages and technical reports
• Support testing, validation, and manufacturing processes
• Collaborate across teams and support business development

Candidate Profile (What we are looking for)

• Experience in motor design and simulation (e.g., MotorCAD, Maxwell)
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic and thermal principles
• Knowledge of manufacturing and testing of motor systems
• Experience with NVH, thermal analysis, and system integration
• Degree in Engineering or related field
