Senior Finance Manager- Investments, Corporate Finance, Banking Analysis and Joint Ventures.

Dubai-based Holding Group, a leading family-owned holding companies in the UAE, with extensive operations in property development and management, hospitality, real estate investments, and trading.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager. The ideal candidate must possess an ACCA, ACA, CPA and/or CFA professional qualifications with at least 7 years of cross-functional experience across Investments, Corporate Finance, Banking Analysis and Joint Ventures. With a relevant experience in a group holding company and with strong leadership and communication skills in leading the finance team. Must be proficient with ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics and other finance software.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead Group Finance function, overseeing preparation and consolidation of Annual Budgets, Rolling Forecasts, Cash Flow Projections, and Management Information Systems (MIS) for the group.
• Recommend and oversee execution of investment and finance strategies aligned with the Group’s long-term growth objectives and risk appetite.
• Generate and present market and investment insights to senior management and stakeholders to support capital deployment decisions.
• Support promoters, Board, and investment committees in investment decision-making across fixed income, pre-IPO, venture funds, and equity investments.
• Identify and evaluate strategic investment trends, emerging opportunities, and new asset classes to enhance portfolio diversification and returns.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of investment transactions, including financial modelling, risk analysis, and commercial terms.
• Drive strong cash flow management, budgeting discipline, internal controls, and financial governance across the Group.
• Partner closely with business units on commercial reviews, profitability analysis, and performance optimization.
