Job Description

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Assessment: Conducts evaluation of Company's portfolio to identify areas of revenue leakage
  • Framework Enhancement: Develops and implements strategies and systems to improve identification and resolution of revenue assurance opportunities; This may involve creating reports, tools, or analytics to monitor revenue streams and detect anomalies
  • Process Design and Documentation: Designing and documenting robust processes related to revenue management and financial insights
  • Collaboration: Works closely with various stakeholders, including field business partners and revenue management leadership to gain insight into opportunities as well as to align revenue management strategies to broader company goals
  • Financial Insight: Provides finance-based insights and ideas that support company's growth initiatives and pricing strategies
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience with revenue assurance, revenue management, finance, accounting, auditing, billing, pricing, or related experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced charting, connecting to databases and cubes (Power Query/Power Pivot), macros and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to aggregate and organize large quantities of data from multiple sources to determine solutions
  • Waste industry experience or experience working in a subscription-based industry
  • Ability to apply the concepts and principles of finance to business application

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
