We are hiring a Manager – FP&A Manager

• Addison, TX | Hybrid (3 in-office / 2 remote)
• $95K–$115K + 10% bonus (flex for top talent)

The Bolton Group is partnering with a $1B, fast-growing technology company to search for a

FP&A Manager, Revenue.

The position will lead revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 2+ years’ finance experience, focused on revenue forecasting in growth companies
• Strong modeling, Excel, and presentation skills
• Clear, polished communication style and consistent career progression
