About the Role
The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A to support the Finance team in a variety of corporate finance initiatives solving critical finance, strategy, and operations-related problems across the organization. This role offers a unique ability to work across teams to see how a fast-growing business operates and is a great platform to learn how to operationalize change at scale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong attention to detail, and can multi-task in a results-oriented environment.
This is a highly visible role that interacts regularly with executive management. You must be comfortable working under deadlines and cross-collaborating. You will be involved in various initiatives centered around short and long-term financial planning for shared services and G&A functions, optimizing finance systems, and integrating AI to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $136,000 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
