Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for M&A, LBO, and IPO transactions. Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis. Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to support transaction strategy. Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and deal marketing materials. Assist in the due diligence process for transactions, including data analysis and document review. Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations. Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities. Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution. Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
